- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 andor eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner andor Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

-30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
