Check Ins: Check in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM. Guests checking in after 6 PM must call the front desk office to hold their reservation. Reservations booked with credit card will need to provide valid photo ID when checking in, along with the same credit card that has their name on it for incidentals to prepay any damages. The name on the reservation must match Photo ID and name on the credit card used to book the reservation.
$200 deposit per stay for incidentals is required and is refundable upon checking out and inspecting the premises. Minimum check in age is 18.

Check Outs: Check out time is before 11 AM.

Cancellation policy: Guests who cancel 1 week or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee. Travelers who cancel less than 1 week before 3:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.

Large group cancellations: Reservations and policies that are cancelled for large groups differ and are subject to 1 night charge plus tax regardless of time of cancellations.

Daily Parking Fee of $10: Car parking available for registered guests only. 1 reserved parking space per room for a daily fee of $10.
